Stepi Hakim

As CEO for Respira Fresco PTY LTD, Mr Stepi Hakim is a leading environmental management and development specialist in South East Asia, with over 25 years’ experience in carbon forestry projects, forestry sector, and REDD+ issues.
Mr. Hakim also has experience as Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) for REDD+ Division, Department of Forestry Lao PDR. Mr. Hakim is also the co-author for Emission Reduction Program Development (ERPD) Forestry Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF) for East Kalimantan. Mr. Hakim also contributed to developing the first Emission Reduction Monitoring Report (ERMR1) for East Kalimantan and Lao PDR. Mr. Hakim is also the person who developed the environmental and social safeguards for the GCF (Green Climate Fund) project in six districts in West Kalimantan. Mr. Hakim also prepared and partly developed the Project Design Document (PDD) for Nanga Lauk Village in Kapuas Hulu District. This PDD has been approved by Plan Vivo and gained compensation from verified carbon credits. The compensation was from the private company as a part of compensation under the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) for compensation in conservation activities (HCVF).
Andriansyah
COO
Andriansyah, BSc, graduated with a degree in construction management from California State University at Fresno. He gained experience in design and production processes, specifically in the furniture industry. From 1998 to 2002, Andriansyah successfully produced and exported furniture to the United States.
In 2011, he joined PT. TELKOM and was responsible for building and managing digital ecosystems for startups across 18 cities in Indonesia. This role allowed him to contribute significantly to the growth and development of these startups within the country’s tech industry.
Currently, Andriansyah is working with PERHUTANI on planning and planting Porang as a food source. This demonstrates his commitment to sustainable agriculture practices and addressing food security issues by exploring alternative sources of nutrition.

Arief Hidayat

Arief is a professional that has worked in multinational companies in Logistics, Travel Land Operator and Human Resources both in Indonesia and Internationally, along with his experience as an entrepreneur in Logistics, People Development and Renewable Energy companies.
He spent majority of his career in DHL Èxpress as a sales and marketing person inclusive of his years working internationally in ASEAN Countries, Hong Kong and lastly in UAE (Dubai). He had been appointed as the Chief Commercial Officer of DAMCO Indonesia (subsidiary of Maersk) and Head of Oil &Gas/Global Project of Schenker, and had been appointed as Director of Business Development in CEVA Logistics and Director / Country Manager of KUONI GTSI and lastly as Director of Dutagriya Sarana (member of Pasona Global – Japan).
Budi Darmawan

Budi Darmawan is a highly experienced professional with a background in accounting and audit. He graduated from the University of Indonesia (UI) with a degree in Accounting, and has accumulated twenty years of experience in this field.
Throughout his career, Budi has developed strong analytical skills and expertise in evaluating companies’ systems. He is particularly adept at identifying areas for improvement and recommending performance-enhancing processes. His ability to analyze complex financial data allows him to provide valuable insights to the companies he works with.
As an auditor, Budi has had the opportunity to collaborate with reputable organizations such as PT Ciputra, PT Garudafood, PT Jaya, PT Jawa Pos, MMI & Prodia. This exposure has given him diverse industry knowledge and deepened his understanding of different business operations.
Nestor Gomez - Montiel

Mr. Gomez-Montiel has over 30 years of experience across Southeast Asia and North America, including work in the USA, Mexico, Singapore, and Indonesia. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer for Siloam Hospitals Simatupang in Jakarta, Indonesia. He oversaw 52 business units within Standard Chartered Bank’s global risk consumer division as a Group Risk Finance Manager in Singapore. He has also held the roles of CFO for GE Capital in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Country Treasurer for GE Real Estate Tax Services in Dallas, Texas, USA, as well as GE Distribution Finance in Mexico City, Mexico. He also worked for Citi, where he was Bank Card Accounting and Control Manager in Irving, Texas, at JP Morgan Chase as Senior Operations Manager, and on the trading floor of the Mexican Stock Exchange. |
